Indoor Sessions
Traditional British weather can be rather skater-unfriendly. The NottinghamSkaters therefore organise regular skating sessions indoors. Our next indoor session is below, with the full details for all of our various indoor sessions below that.
The next indoor session will be:
BladeSoc Goes Indoors @ Sutton Bonnington Sports Hall, 2-5pm, Saturday 13th March.
ROLLIN' @ Take1 Studios
Where? = Take1 Studios, Grant Street, Nottingham NG7 3GS.
When? = Every other Tuesday*.
What time? = 6:00pm-8:30pm.
How much? = £4.
Skate hire = Yes.
ROLLIN' is a new fortnightly indoor skating session for the skaters of Nottingham. Sk8shakk and The NottinghamSkaters have gotten together to create a regular indoor session where everyone (14 and over) is welcome to come along and roll how they please. It doesn't matter whether you want to work on your freestyle, slalom, rollerderby, rollerdisco or general skating skills, you're welcome. Instructors will be on hand to teach new skaters, either on quads or inlines. There will be quads skates, plus a limited number of inline skates and protective gear, available to hire FOR FREE.
ROLLIN' is a two-hour session every other Tuesday. Entry only £4, so please come along and join in. The more people that attend, the more likely it will be that this session will continue, so we will all have somewhere in Nottingham to skate when the weather is not so great outside.
Address is: Take1 studios, Grant Street, Nottingham, NG7 3GS. It's only a short walk from Jubilee Campus / Lenton Blvd. The venue has its own car park if you're planning to drive there.

Where? = Derby RollerWorld.
When? = Some Thursdays.
What time? = 7pm-10pm.
How much? = £2.50 (£1 with membership)
Skate hire = Yes.
Derby RollerWorld on Thursdays. There's general skating, space to practice your freestyle, dance, rollerfootball, rollerdodgeball, circuit training, a jumpramp, go faster sessions... and a bar!

BladeSoc sometimes runs an indoor session at SB campus sports hall. Expect everything we normally do during the Saturday weekend meetup, only indoors.

Where? = The National Ice Centre, Bolero Square, Nottingham, NG1 1LA
When? = Occasionally
What time? = Varies.
How much? = Varies.
Skate hire = Yes.
Ice skating at the National Ice Arena, on an ad hoc basis.
