Lessons for Beginners
Are you interested in learning to skate? Do you wish you could effortlessly glide like the skaters at your local rink? Do you look at a smooth stretch of concrete and think "that would be great for skating along, if only I knew how"?
If so, then you're in the right place. The NottinghamSkaters have two ICP Level 1 certified inline skating instructors who will be happy to teach new skaters to go, stop and turn.
Skating really is not that difficult. Anyone who says "oh, but I can't skate" really means that they have never learnt how to. It's mainly a question of balance, patience and practice.
The NottinghamSkaters run skating lessons at both ROLLIN' and during our Saturday meetup. Please contact us via the forum, or by email, in advance, if you plan to attend a lesson. If you are unable to make one of our sessions, then we may be able to come to you. Again, please contact us.
