I've not used them before, do they go over your socks or instead of them? are they any good?

Can be worn under or over socks, or with no socks at all.

They work alright, i used them with my old speedskates and never had a blister.

I'm using some atm on my customs till there broken in properly.

They'll cost around £12.

I never get blisters anyway in the area they protect so I may not bother
